WillowTree Advisors Awarded Colorado Master Services Agreement
DENVER (May 2, symptoms 2012) - WillowTree Advisors (WTA) a business transformation and change management consulting firm, has earned a Lean Six Sigma master services agreement from the State of Colorado. After meeting rigorous requirements, WTA is pre-qualified to inroduce, implement, and manage Lean busines process improvement methodologies and projects within any State of Colorado agency or department. This agreement allows agencies to reduce the amount of effort needed select a business transformation partner for its Lean initiatives.
Spearheaded by Colorado Governor John HIckenlooper, the State of Colorado Lean Imlementation Program aims to evaluate programs, identify waste and redundancies, and strategically redesign state services to maximize efficiencies and reduce costs. This sweeping change requires an experienced team of Lean Six Sigma advisors, as well as buy-in from employees. "Making government more effective, efficient, and elegant means listening to our state employees and learning from them how we can do better," Governor Hickenlooper said.
